For the second year in a row, MAU
(Management, Analysis & Utilization, Inc.) was recognized by the South
Carolina Chamber of Commerce as the state’s 29th largest firm in the publication's
Big 50 list. The November issue of the chamber’s South Carolina Business Magazine
ranks the “Big 50” by number of South Carolina employees and year-over-year progress
for private, public and foreign-affiliated companies.

BMW AG is forging ahead with a $750 million expansion of its U.S. factory even as it makes deeper cuts
to worldwide production. The expansion of the Spartanburg, S.C., factory is "proceeding on time and on budget
for a production start in 2010," says Robert Hitt, a BMW Manufacturing Co. spokesman.

BMW Manufacturing Co. has engaged the services of a new supplier, Tier One Solutions, a division of MAU (headquartered in Augusta, GA), to provide full-time employees. This agreement was reached to assist BMW in launching a new workforce concept and is part of a multi-year contract that will begin in July 2008. Tier One Solutions will service production and logistics employment requirements to supplement BMW’s own workforce.
